Rick and XFERWORX did an absolute amazing job of migrating our SharePoint 2019 farm to a GCC High SharePoint Online environment. Once we got past the planning phase and were about to begin the actual migrations, our leadership asked to shorten the proposed timeline by about three months. While this did cause a strain on the process, Rick took the request in stride and made the new timeline on schedule. There were of course roadblocks that came up. The GCC High environment has its own challenges. Rick worked tirelessly with Content Matrix support to overcome those challenges. Several times the results were product improvements that Content Matrix had not encountered but made software updates to conquer those challenges. Together with Rick we were able to successfully meet each migration deadline on schedule with almost zero impact to my end users as far as down time or data issues.
